Jennifer Whitten Executive Director

Jennifer (Jenn) Whitten, Executive Director at Arbor Trace. The recipient of a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree, minors in Accounting and Information Technology. Jenn is a Licensed Community Association Manager and Assisted Living Administrator. Jenn has spent much of her career serving seniors.

As Executive Director, Jenn oversees every aspect of the community, including quality of service, maintenance, housekeeping, amenities, care, and programming for the Arbor Trace residents. Jenn has thrived at Arbor Trace since 2001. Her compassion and commitment to the residents and staff shines through her attentiveness, support and efforts on relationship building.

Mark Loewe Community Association Manager

Mark joined the Arbor Trace management team in 2022 as the Community Association Manager with over six years of experience in property management for both large and small communities. He has built many valuable relationships with key vendors in the area. His professional style of managing focuses on informative and honest communication. Some of his accomplishments are serving as a Regional Community Association Manager, developing training manuals, and courses for new managers. His goals for Arbor Trace include developing a long-range plan for the community, improving the appearance and infrastructure of the buildings and grounds, and building rapport with the residents.

Colleen Mulready Director of Nursing

Originally from Connecticut, Colleen has been at Arbor Glen since 2004. She was a staff nurse for 17 years prior to accepting the Director of Nursing/Administrator position in 2021, and oversees the 24 hour daily operations of Arbor Glen. She and the nursing staff are proud of the care they deliver to the assisted living residents, and make every effort to enhance the quality of life for the residents, and that of the families.

Sandy Steinbach Director of Resident Services

Sandy enriches the quality of life at Arbor Trace by inspiring greater well-being in every resident. She is at the center of everything social at Arbor Trace through the many events and activities. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University and has over 20 years of experience working in senior services. She joined Arbor Trace in 2010.

Christina is the Licensed Real Estate Broker for Arbor Trace Realty at Arbor Trace. Her passion is to serve the real estate needs of seniors through solid core values, innovative thinking, and exceptional customer service. As a native of New England, she has been a resident of Naples for 20 years and has realized there are few communities throughout the nation that could ever compare to what is treasured in Southwest Florida. She is enthusiastic and devoted to putting her expertise to work for all who are considering a brand new season of life at Arbor Trace.
