Arbor Trace is a senior living community in Naples, Florida. The community is also home to an on-site assisted living residence – Arbor Glen. Arbor Glen offers an intimate enclave of private rooms and suites conveniently located on the upper level of the Arbor Trace Club, right in the heart of the community. Licensed and staffed by full-time nurses and care professionals, residents and their families can have peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are in good hands.
Equity Ownership
Arbor Trace is the first senior living development in Southwest Florida to offer deeded condominium ownership with 100% equity. Arbor Trace combines the independence of home ownership, the peace of mind in knowing qualified lifetime healthcare is available on-site, and all the comforts of a full-service resort-style lifestyle for seniors 55 and over.
Properties can be sold at any time with 100% of the equity and appreciation returned to the seller or the seller’s estate. Properties can be rented, sold, or left to heirs. As homeowners, you will have a controlling voice through membership in condominium associations and maintain complete control over financial assets as well as future healthcare decisions.
History
Opened in 1991, the first phase of Arbor Trace consisted of 91 lakefront villas and mid-rise condominium residences along with the 36,000 square foot clubhouse facility surrounding Arbor Lake.
The active retirement community grew and the second and final phase is now complete with the 17-level high-rise, Tower Pointe at Arbor Trace, consisting of 116 residences and amenities, such as the Gathering Place on the ground floor and the Top of the Pointe Club on the rooftop level with unobstructed panoramic views that overlook the Gulf of Mexico and Little Hickory Bay.
Since December 2007, when the residents of Arbor Trace joined together to purchase the Arbor Club, including the full-service restaurant and assisted living facility, we have been a completely resident-owned community.
We are ‘Masters of Our Own Destiny’ with control of all maintenance and club fees ourselves. This allows us to offer a variety of high-quality services and amenities while also keeping a close eye on reducing expenses.
