A bus load of residents enjoyed a unique trip to Royal Scoop on Friday, June 17th. We learned about Royal Scoop’s history and listened to ice cream production manager Ryan as he described the joys and challenges of making enough premium ice cream to fill our local community, especially during the season months. After enjoying a wonderful lunch we all enjoyed some of the best ice cream around! And no, they didn’t talk about calories!!!! We are lucky to have such a gem of a place right up the road, and right in our Colonnade Room every night!
