The residents gathered on Fat Tuesday, February 9th to celebrate the annual French Carnival, Mardi Gras! We brought the streets of Louisiana right here to Arbor Trace! The Colonnade Room was a sea of green, purple, and gold masks, beads, and attire. The buffet was filled with Cajun favorites such as Jambalaya, Gumbo, and of course king cake! Everyone danced the night away to the sounds of the traditional Mardi Gras brass bands.
