Arbor Glen is the on-site assisted living center in the renowned community of Arbor Trace. Located in Naples, Florida and open to the public. Designed on the second level of the 36,000-square-foot Arbor Trace Clubhouse, residents of Arbor Trace have peace of mind knowing care is available on the campus should an unexpected change of health occur. Residents of Arbor Trace have first priority of the extensively licensed assisted living facility in their own community.
Arbor Glen is truly set apart from other assisted living facilities in the area. For starters, the facility holds supplemental licensure for Limited Nursing Service and Extended Congregate Care, providing the best possible service to its residents. In order to achieve that amazing service, Arbor Glen keeps an excellent staff-to-resident ratio to best serve the community.
Licensing
Fully licensed by the State of Florida, Arbor Glen’s standard license authorizes the staff to aid residents with medication management and their daily activities.
Assisted Living Facility License #7793
Limited Nursing Service (LNS) license permits Arbor Glen staff to provide intermittent professional nursing services such as wound care, catheter care, and application/monitoring of TED hose (pressure stockings).
Florida Limited Nursing Service License #7793
Through the Extended Congregate Care (ECC) license, comprehensive services care can be provided as well as total care with up to four activities of daily living. The ECC license affords residents the comfort and convenience of “aging in place” with dignity and the full support of Arbor Trace neighbors, staff, friends, and family.

Long or Short-Term Care
Long or short-term care at Arbor Glen is provided in a residential atmosphere of private rooms and two-room suites. Residents are encouraged to furnish and decorate their accommodations. Furnished rooms are available for those who are interested in respite or short-term stays.
Preserving Personal Choice
Our caring, fully-trained staff manage the care of each resident at Arbor Glen, coordinated with the resident’s family and personal physicians. We are here to help with daily activities of living, such as assistance with medications, showering, getting dressed, and housekeeping.
Friends and family are also welcome for open visitation hours at Arbor Glen throughout the week. Visitation hours are 9AM – 9PM.
Fee Structure
At Arbor Glen, there are NO endowment fees, unexpected expenses or lifetime obligations. All of our services and amenities are included in one monthly fee, starting as low as $4,400/month—or in the case of respite (short-term) or recuperative services, in a simple daily fee, starting at $300/day depending on the level of care needed.
For those residents with long-term care insurance, it is reassuring to know that most policies now offer coverage for assisted living, custodial care, extended congregate care and hospice services—all of which are offered at Arbor Glen.
Arbor Glen staff members coordinate with third-party providers concerning specialized services, such as physical, occupational, speech and massage therapies; expanded nursing services; personal shopping; and business services.
