- About
Your home is yours. So is your equity.
Every residence at Arbor Trace is a deeded condominium, owned outright with 100% equity. There is no entrance fee to depreciate and no contract that holds your capital.
You can sell at any time, rent your home, or leave it to your heirs. The equity, and any appreciation, returns to you or to your estate.
As an owner you are a member of your condominium association, with a controlling voice in how the community is run, and you keep complete control of your own finances and your own healthcare decisions.
Arbor Trace was the first senior living development in Southwest Florida to offer deeded condominium ownership with 100% equity.
A community for residents 55 and over.

1991
The lake, the villas, the clubhouse
Arbor Trace opened with its first phase: 91 lakefront villas and mid-rise condominium residences, built around Arbor Lake with a 36,000-square-foot clubhouse at the center.
2001
Tower Pointe
The second and final phase added Tower Pointe, a seventeen-level high-rise of 116 residences, with the Gathering Place on the ground floor and the Top of the Pointe Club at the top, looking out over the Gulf of Mexico and Little Hickory Bay.
December 2007
The residents bought the club
The residents of Arbor Trace joined together to purchase the Arbor Club, including the full-service restaurant and the assisted living facility. The community has been completely resident-owned ever since, with residents themselves in control of maintenance and club fees.
Arbor Glen, the separately licensed healthcare community, is on the same campus. About Arbor Glen.

In their words
“My husband and I moved to Arbor Trace Tower in 2013 and have been very happy with our decision. The staff here are simply wonderful and have become like family to us. Many have been here for years, and that too says a lot about our neighborhood.”
“The entire development is resident owned and operated and small enough to offer a friendly atmosphere. Moving here was the best decision that I, as a single person made after living and working in a number of States.”
“My husband and I moved to Arbor Trace seven years ago. Since then, we have made so many new friends and enjoyed many wonderful experiences. It has been a wonderful choice for us!”
Arbor Pointe Foundation
The Arbor Pointe Foundation exists for the people who work here. Since 2015 it has helped employees of Arbor Pointe Management with educational expenses — vocational and trade schools, colleges, and universities — and in hardship: hurricanes, medical and dental costs, the unexpected.
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, so contributions may qualify for the maximum deductibility for income, gift, and estate tax purposes.
